Yes – this is BrightHR’s new invoice portal and all the links are genuine. However do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure or require further clarity.

No – BrightHR never ask for card details, especially within an email.

No – No card payments details are stored by BrightHR

Because we do not store card details to ensure your security at all times.

It may be that we are waiting to post your payment against the invoice or it may be that we couldn’t find your payment. Please contact us by phone or via the live chat to discuss further so that we may rectify the issue.
